Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the confirmed booking and the studio work already reserved or completed. A payment is not treated as refunded until FlickUs confirms the decision in writing.

Requesting a review

Contact the studio with your booking ID, payment reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
